Colours of Joy Terms & Conditions

Cucumber Kidswear would request all the respective visitors to read the following terms and conditions before participating in the contest ‘Colours of Joy’. By registering, the participant is deemed to indicate his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions of the contest. It is recommended that the participants take time to check on the same from time to time. PARTICIPATION

Participation is limited to Indian residents only. It is subjected to the mentioned terms and conditions.
The guidelines for participation shall be posted across the respective platforms and stand the same everywhere.
The participants waive off all rights to the entry and cannot object to the photo, video or reel being posted or used for promotional purposes.

GUIDELINES FOR THE CONTEST ‘Colours of Joy’

Entries for ‘Colours of Joy’ must be made by the specified closing date.
The participants are requested to comply with all the rules and steps for participation mentioned and posted.
Only 1 entry per participant is allowed.
The winner of ‘Colours of Joy’ contest shall be announced on 31st March, 2022.
The organiser ‘Cucumber Kidswear’ reserves all rights to use the entries for promotional purposes and otherwise.

PLEASE NOTE: Any likes that come post 25th March 2022, shall not be counted. SELECTION CRITERIA

Upload your baby’s holi moments on your feed (Facebook and/or Instagram) with “#SafeHoliWithBaby”, tag us and get a chance to win exciting Cucumber vouchers.
The post with the clearest message and most likes shall be announced the winner of the ‘Colours of Joy’ contest.

PRIZE The winning mother and baby duo will receive a voucher on behalf of Cucumber Kidswear one month after the announcement. FOR THE WINNERS

The winners shall be announced on 31st March, 2022.
The prizes include vouchers by Cucumber Kidswear for your little one.
The winners are requested to keep checking their social media inbox (the one through which the post was shared) as the organisers shall be contacting them to collect personal details.
Once all your details (name, email, address) have been collected, you will receive the prize within 30 days of the collection of your details.

(Note – Cucumber might use your picture in the future) About the Contest – Cucumber urges to engage in safe and responsible holi this festive season by encouraging the use of organic colours only. Capture your little one’s candid holi moments and share them with us. They need not necessarily be smeared in colour, a candid feel of the festivity would make you eligible for the competition. Note: Photos, videos or reels showing little babies covered in colours or in situations that pose danger to their health would be disqualified.
