STEPS TO PARTICIPATE

Cucumber Kidswear would request all the respective visitors to read the following terms and conditions before participating in the contest ‘MumMe & Diwali’. By registering the participant is deemed to indicate his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions of the contest  ‘MumMe & Diwali’. It is recommended that the participants take time to check on the same from time to time. 

1. PARTICIPATION 
   • Participation is limited to Indian residents only. It is subjected to the mentioned terms and conditions. 
   • The guidelines for participation shall be posted across the respective platforms and stand the same everywhere.
   • The participants waive off all rights to the entry and cannot object to the photo being posted or used for promotional purposes. 
2. GUIDELINES FOR THE CONTEST  ‘MumMe & Diwali’
   • Entries for  ‘MumMe & Diwali’ must be made by the specified closing date. 
   • The contest shall be held from 4th - 10th November 2021.
   • The participants are requested to comply with all the rules and steps of participation mentioned and posted. 
   • Only 1 entry per participant is allowed. 
   • The winner of the Cucumber Cutie, ‘MumMe & Diwali’ shall be announced on 14th November 2021.
   • The organisers ‘Cucumber Kidswear’ reserves all rights to use the entries for promotional purposes and otherwise.
   PLEASE NOTE: Any likes that come post 10th November 2021, shall not be counted. 
3. SELECTION CRITERIA
   • The mother and baby duo with the most likes on their picture shall be announced the winner of  ‘MumMe & Diwali’.
4. PRIZE
   • The winning mother and baby duo shall be sent a surprise Diwali gift on behalf of Cucumber Kidswear.

FOR THE WINNER AND RUNNERS UP 

• The winner along with the first and the second runners up shall be announced on the 14th of November.
• The prizes include products by Cucumber Kidswear for your little one! 
• The winners are requested to keep a check on their Facebook inbox as the organizers shall be contacting you to collect your personal details.
• Personal details would include your name, email, address and details of your baby like name, age and size. 
• Once all your details are collected, you shall receive the prize within 30 days of the collection of your details.
