My First Bestfriend Terms & Conditions

Cucumber Kidswear would request all the respective visitors to read the following terms and conditions before participating in the contest ‘My First Bestfriend’. By registering, the participant is deemed to indicate his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions of the contest  ‘My First Bestfriend’. It is recommended that the participants take time to check on the same from time to time.  PARTICIPATION  Participation is limited to Indian residents only. It is subjected to the mentioned terms and conditions.  The guidelines for participation shall be posted across the respective platforms and stand the same everywhere. The participants waive off all rights to the entry and cannot object to the photo being posted or used for promotional purposes.  GUIDELINES FOR THE CONTEST  ‘My First Bestfriend’ Entries for  ‘My First Bestfriend’ must be made by the specified closing date.  The participants are requested to comply with all the rules and steps for participation mentioned and posted.  Only 1 entry per participant is allowed.  The winner of ‘My First Bestfriend’ contest shall be announced on 05th May, 2022. The organiser ‘Cucumber Kidswear’ reserves all rights to use the entries for promotional purposes and otherwise. PLEASE NOTE: Any likes that come post 25th April 2022, shall not be counted.  SELECTION CRITERIA Upload awwdorable bonding pictures on your feed (Facebook and/or Instagram) with “#MyFirstBestfriend”, tag us and get a chance to win exciting Cucumber vouchers.   The duo with the most likes on their picture shall be announced the winner of  the ‘My First Bestfriend’ contest.   PRIZE  The winning duo will receive a voucher on behalf of Cucumber Kidswear one month after the announcement.  FOR THE WINNERS  The winners shall be announced on the 5th of May.  The prizes include vouchers by Cucumber Kidswear for your little one.  The winners are requested to keep checking their Facebook inbox as the organisers shall be contacting them to collect personal details. Once all your details (name, email, address) have been collected, you will receive the prize within 30 days of the collection of your details. (Note – Cucumber might use your picture in the future)
